We ship to Greece, all European Union (EU) countries, the United Kingdom, and selected Northern European countries. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery regions, fixed shipping rates, estimated transit times, and important information regarding customs and couriers.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We use clear and fixed shipping rates based on the destination region. Shipping cost is added at checkout and applies per order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, local courier performance, weather conditions, customs processing, and public holidays. Final delivery estimates are shown during checkout.
Order Processing Times
Most items marked as “In Stock – Usually ships within 1–2 business days” are prepared and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Choosing an express shipping service (where available) reduces transit time but does not shorten the initial order processing time.

We collaborate with reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Within Greece: ELTA Courier, ACS Courier, Speedex (and other local partners)
- Within the EU: DPD, GLS, DHL Parcel, UPS, FedEx (depending on destination)
- UK: DPD, DHL, and local delivery partners
- Northern European countries: DHL, UPS, and national postal or courier partners
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where available) and a link to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
In some cases, depending on the country, service level, or type of shipment, parcels may be dispatched without tracking. If no tracking number is provided, you can always contact our Customer Service team for an update on your delivery status.
UK Shipping (Post-Brexit)
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to local VAT and customs duties, depending on the order value and product type. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
- For certain low-value orders, VAT may be applied at checkout or at the time of delivery.
- For higher-value orders, import VAT and customs duties may be charged upon entry into the UK.
We provide accurate customs documentation to minimise delays, but we cannot influence local customs decisions.
Shipping to Northern European Countries
Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Liechtenstein are not part of the EU Customs Union. Orders shipped to these countries may incur import duties, local VAT, brokerage, or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in our fixed shipping rate and must be paid by the recipient.
Modifying Shipping Details
After an order has been shipped, it may not be possible to modify the delivery address or other shipping details. Some couriers may offer redirection or pick-up point options, sometimes with an additional fee. Order Cancellation Policy
Due to our automated fulfillment processes, orders cannot usually be cancelled or changed once they have been confirmed and entered into processing. If you no longer want the products after you receive them, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy or contact Customer Service for assistance with a return.
Package Refusal & Undeliverable Parcels
If a package is refused at delivery or is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or non-collection from a pick-up point), return shipping costs and any additional carrier or customs fees may be deducted from any refund due.
To avoid unnecessary costs, we strongly recommend contacting our Customer Service team before refusing a parcel or if you anticipate delivery problems.
Delivery Guidelines
Standard practice for many couriers is to deliver parcels without requiring a signature. For certain orders, destinations, or high-value products, a signature upon delivery may be required at the courier’s discretion.
If you have specific delivery preferences (for example, requesting a signature or leaving the parcel at a particular location), please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate such requests where possible.
Backorders & Pre-Orders
We aim to show real-time stock availability on our website. If an item is available on backorder or pre-order, this will be clearly indicated on the product page along with any estimated availability or shipping date.
Reporting Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Keep all packaging materials and, if possible, take photos of the damage, as the courier may require evidence for the claims process.
Although shipping carriers handle damage claims, we will assist you throughout the process to ensure a fair and timely resolution.
