Terms and Conditions of Access and Use
These Terms and Conditions of Access and Use (“Agreement”) apply to SERENITY GRACE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε., the company operating GraceMoto.com, as well as any related online services and platforms. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of our websites, social media pages, newsletters, customer accounts, and other online services (collectively, the “GraceMoto Sites”). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not access or use any GraceMoto Site.
By accessing or using a GraceMoto Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, including any additional terms incorporated by reference. SERENITY GRACE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to revise or update this Agreement at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on the GraceMoto Site. General Terms
Use of Site
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the GraceMoto Sites. You may not modify, alter, reproduce, or download any part of the Sites (other than temporary caching in your browser) unless expressly permitted by us in writing. Any rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by SERENITY GRACE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε.

We reserve the right to remove any content that, in our reasonable opinion, violates this Agreement or is otherwise inappropriate, and to restrict or terminate access to the GraceMoto Sites for users who breach these terms.
Equipment
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment, software, and services required to access and use the GraceMoto Sites, including Internet connection, compatible devices, and web browsers. We are not responsible for any compatibility issues or costs associated with your chosen equipment or provider.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
Although we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the GraceMoto Sites may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Accessibility
You acknowledge that from time to time the GraceMoto Sites may be unavailable or inoperable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Sites available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Intellectual Property
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and brand elements displayed on the GraceMoto Sites (collectively, the “Marks”) are the property of SERENITY GRACE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as granting any license or right to use any Mark without our prior written permission. Copyrighted Works
All content on the GraceMoto Sites, including but not limited to images, photos, graphics, text, product descriptions, videos, audio, design, page layouts, and underlying code (collectively, the “Content”), is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by or licensed to SERENITY GRACE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. You may access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from the Content without our express written consent, except where such use is permitted under mandatory law (for example, certain rights granted by copyright exceptions).
Copyright Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on a GraceMoto Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with the following information:

Product Sales
Orders
All product offers on the GraceMoto Sites are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order. When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This acknowledgment confirms that we have received your order, but it does not constitute our acceptance or a binding contract of sale. A contract is formed when we dispatch the products and send you a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, for example in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund for the relevant amount.
We may change, discontinue, or update our products at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any lack of availability.
Fulfilment
Orders are usually shipped from our warehouse in Greece or directly from partner warehouses within the EU. Delivery lead times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and that parcels can be safely received.
Payment Information
You may be asked to provide payment information, such as credit or debit card details, billing address, and other necessary data. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment service providers. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
Pricing
Prices are generally displayed in euro (€) and include or exclude VAT as indicated on the GraceMoto Site and during checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If an error in pricing is discovered, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price. Returns
Our Return & Refund Policy, available separately on the GraceMoto Site, forms part of this Agreement. As a consumer within the EU/EEA, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the conditions set out in that policy and applicable law. Certain products (for example, used safety equipment or customised items) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the GraceMoto Sites and any purchase of products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country, including any rules concerning road safety, vehicle homologation, and use of protective equipment.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Sites or the servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Sites, except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SERENITY GRACE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the GraceMoto Sites, including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SERENITY GRACE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the GraceMoto Sites.
Termination
We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the GraceMoto Sites at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached this Agreement or applicable law. Upon termination, the licences granted to you under this Agreement will cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall remain in effect.
Miscellaneous
Waiver
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Law
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and, where applicable, European Union law, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you access the GraceMoto Sites from outside Greece, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
Forum
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, your use of the GraceMoto Sites, or any purchase made through them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Piraeus or Athens, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring a claim in your country of residence within the EU/EEA.
Headings
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on the GraceMoto Sites, constitutes the entire agreement between you and SERENITY GRACE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε. regarding your use of the Sites and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
Password Protected Sites
If you access password-protected areas of the GraceMoto Sites, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for losses arising from any unauthorised use of your credentials, unless required by mandatory law.
